Ya-Ting Chang became a Partner of SED-IA Architects in 2009. Over the course of her career, she has directed projects in multiple disciplines, including mixed use, master planning, large scale architectures and high-end residential. Ya-Ting also assisted SED-IA Architects in growing the Chinese market by directing several high-profile projects back in 2013. She earned a bachelor in architecture studies at The University of Sydney. In 2023, she became the lead architect of Quasar Architects.

Architect Anthony Tsai studied sustainable architecture at Chalmers University of Technology in Sweden and earned a Master of Architecture from National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University. His work has been recognized with multiple Emerging Architect Awards and published by IAAC in Barcelona, reflecting his international outlook and cross-disciplinary approach. His project experience spans super high-rise towers, urban complexes, offices, hotels, residential communities, and logistics facilities, with a strong focus on sustainable urban development. He is distinguished by his open-minded design thinking, creative vision, and proven ability in project execution and cross-cultural collaboration.

Chen Wei-Lung is an Architect at Quasar Architects, bringing eighteen years of professional experience in seamlessly integrating regulatory compliance with architectural design. Skilled in coordinating multidisciplinary teams, he is committed to delivering high-quality projects that uphold the enduring value of architecture for both cities and their users. A graduate of the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning at Chinese Culture University, where he earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, Chen has an extensive portfolio spanning urban renewal projects for both public and private sectors, as well as residential, mixed-use, industrial, and logistics developments.

Vivian is serving on SED-IA’s management committee as one of the main leaders to oversee green architecture projects. She worked extensively on master planning, mixed-use, office buildings, hotel, and high-rise residential projects, and is currently focused on project organization for some of the SED-IA’s major clients. Vivian received an M.S. in Architecture from Tunghai University.
