Light Tracker
Design Concept
Natural light is a vital environmental element for maintaining human health and physiological functions. Effectively introducing natural light into interior spaces not only elevates lighting quality but also aids in human vitamin D synthesis and the regulation of circadian rhythms. To this end, we developed the "Light Tracker" system—an innovative technology that achieves highly efficient transmission and application of natural light deep within architectural interiors.

The system integrates three core modules: light collection, light guidance, and light emission. An outdoor natural light collector gathers daylight and channels it into mirror-finished aluminum ducts. The highly reflective inner walls effectively minimize light loss, allowing for flexible configuration and routing based on spatial requirements. The daylighting ducts stably transport natural light indoors, where it is ultimately diffused through an acrylic casing to deliver a soft, uniform illumination. Additionally, the system integrates an LED light source that automatically provides supplementary lighting during periods of insufficient daylight, ensuring consistent and stable illumination quality.

The "Light Tracker" does not merely optimize architectural lighting efficiency; it reduces energy reliance through a passive energy-saving strategy. Embodying a design philosophy that equally weights health, comfort, and sustainability, it offers an integrated natural light solution for interior environments.
