Design Concept

Located within the Taichung Intercontinental Baseball Park, this large-scale retail development spans approximately 175,000 square meters over 11 floors—7 above ground and 4 below. Designed as a next-generation shopping destination, it blends fashion, technology, culture, and entertainment to create a vibrant urban experience. The project includes parking for over 2,500 cars and 4,000 motorcycles, supporting the high-volume visitor flow expected in this major commercial hub.
