Design Concept

Located in Kaohsiung’s Asia Bay tech cluster, this project combines ecology, technology, health, and the sea to reimagine the next generation of office environments. Designed with 5G AIoT and smart systems, the layout includes shared spaces and startup hubs. Terraced balconies evoke a forest-like profile, while mitigating heat island effects and resonating with the rhythm of the harbor. The design is WELL-certified, prioritizing sustainability, wellness, and contactless living. It envisions a future workspace where nature and innovation coexist seamlessly.
